Coaster Bus Hire in Tanzania: What to Expect
One bus for the whole group
When a group is too big for one or two Land Cruisers, the Toyota Coaster bus keeps everyone together. It is the vehicle we use for wedding parties, school and church groups, conference delegates, family reunions and teams travelling between Arusha, Moshi, Kilimanjaro Airport, Dar es Salaam and the national parks.
The Coaster is always booked with one of our drivers. They know the roads, the police checkpoints and the best places to stop, and they wait for the group between transfers, so nobody has to worry about parking or directions.
Common trips
- Airport transfers from Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and Arusha airport to hotels in Arusha and Moshi.
- Transfers between Arusha and Dar es Salaam, or to the coast.
- Day trips to Arusha National Park, the Materuni waterfalls or the Kikuletwa hot springs.
- Group transport to lodges near the parks, combined with Land Cruisers for the game drives.
Tell us your group size, dates and route: we confirm the number of seats and send a full price, usually the same day. For game drives inside the parks, a safari Land Cruiser or a HiAce safari van with a pop-up roof is the better choice.
