No, not all lodges offer such services, such services can only be got from luxury lodges which are relatively expensive compared to other lodges.
You need to plan your adventure at least two months to the D-Day, more in peak season. This is due to the fact that lodges do get full, and you might fail to get the car to transport you or ending up having a car in poor condition as a result of late booking.
