The standard Tanzania 7-day itinerary
Day 1: Arrival at Arusha

Besides wildebeest, the park is also known to be with the highest concentration of lions with over 3000 lions believed to be residents of this park. You will also encounter various bird species that call the park home.
Day 5: transfer to Ngorongoro, game drive at the crater
After exploring Serengeti, drives back to the Ngorongoro conservation area and descend to the Ngorongoro crater which is the home to the resident wildebeest and zebras, making it an all year round safari destination in Tanzania. Day 6: transfer to Lake Manyara, game drive at Lake Manyara

Day 7: return to Arusha
