Day-by-day itinerary

1. Day1

   Arrive Kilimanjoro/Arusha

   You will be met on arrival at Kilimanjoro international airport and transferred to Lake Duluti Serena Lodge nestled at the foot of mount Meru.

   Overnight: Lake Duluti Serena Lodge – Standard Room
2. Day2

   Arusha/Tarangire

   After breakfast, drive to Taranngire National Park, home to the greatest concentration of elephants in Africa. Lunch at Tarangire Sopa Lodge. Afternoon game drive in Tarangire National Park 

   Overnight: Tarangire Sopa Lodge – Standard Rooms (B, L, D)
3. Day3

   Tarangire

   Morning at leisure with an optional Ballon safari. After Lunch enjoy a game drive in Tarangire national park (or you may choose a full day game drive) 

   Overnight: Tarangire Sopa Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
4. Day4

   Tarangire/Manyara

   Breakfast at the lodge and drive to Lake Manyara. Lunch at Manyara Serena lodge. Afternoon game drive in the scenic lake Manyara National Park. 

   Overnight: Lake Manyara Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
5. Day5

   Manyara/Serengeti

   Morning at leisure. After lunch, a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park where a great variety of animals inhabit the park. Leopards and lions are both known to lounge in the trees while not hunting for prey. 

   Overnight: Lake Manyara Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
6. Day6

   Manyara/Serengeti

   Breakfast at the lodge and drive to Serengeti to view the great herds of buffalo and more. Lunch at Serengeti Serena Lodge. Afternoon game drive Serengeti National Park 

   Overnight: Serengeti Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
7. Day7–8

   Serengeti

   Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park to watch hippos return to water; giraffes foraging from trees; and lions returning from the evening hunt to relax in the shade of a tree. 

   Overnight: Serengeti Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
8. Day9

   Serengeti

   Morning and afternoon game drives in Serengeti National Park to watch hippos return to water; giraffes foraging from trees; and lions returning from the evening hunt to relax in the shade of a tree. 

   Overnight: Serengeti Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
9. Day9

   Serengeti/Ngorongoro

   Breakfast at the lodge and drive to Ngorongoro to view one of the greatest concentrations of wildlife in Africa. Arrive for lunch at Ngorongoro Serena Lodge. Afternoon at leisure.
   Optional activities – walking safari or Maasai village visit. 

10. Day10

    Ngorongoro

    After breakfast descend through the early morning mists 2000 feet into the crater for an awesome wildlife experience. Enjoy a picnic lunch at a scenic spot inside the carter, returning to the lodge in the late afternoon 

    Overnight: Ngorongoro Serena Lodge – standard Room (B, L, D)
11. Day11

    Ngorongoro/Arusha

    After breakfast at the lodge, drive to Arusha. Stop for lunch and then transfer to Kilimanjaro international Airport for your onward flight. (B, L)
