3-day Serengeti national park (the lifetime adventure in the wild)

Our three-day Serengeti safari adventure will start from Seronera area in the central Serengeti. This are of the park is one of the few Serengeti National Park are where you can visit and have a total experience of the wild throughout the year. The area is the home to all the big five of Africa including lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos and cape buffalo. The park is also a home to the various big cats including cheetahs, wild dogs and other big cats that you will be able to encounter. On a lucky day, you will also be able to witness predator prey interaction on either morning all evening game drive.

Depending on the timing of your travel, you might also have a chance to with the river crossing of the wildebeest either at Grumeti river or at mara river. This is the highlight of the Serengeti national park as thousand of visitors come all over the world to witness the wildebeest attempting to cross the crocodile feasted river mara or river Grumeti. Some of the wildebeest will be washed away by the running water while others will successfully cross over to Masai Mara national park in Kenya.

You will spend a night at Seronera in central Serengeti and another night will be spent at kubo tented lodge in northern Serengeti for a greater experience of this renowned national park.

Detailed itinerary

Day 1: Arrival at seronera airstrip, game drive in Seronera plains

On your arrival at Seronera airstrip, you will be welcomed by your English-speaking guide who will be waiting for you at the airstrip. After the meet and greet, the guide will take you through your itinerary, and after will drive you tour lodge for a little relaxation, getting some refreshment. Depending on the time of your arrival, you will transfer to the park to start your game drive experience where you will encounter various herbivores and big cats. After the game drive, you will return to seronera campsite for the dinner and overnight stay.

Day 2: transfer to northern Serengeti, game drive in northern Serengeti.

After the morning breakfast, vacate your lodge with a picnic lunch and drive to the northern part of the park where you will have your game drive on this second day of your adventure. If your trave is between June and September, you will have a chance to witness the famous wildebeest migration of mara river cross. You will also visit, kubo plain where a lot of herbivores and big cats can be seen. After the game drive, you will return to your lodge (kubo tented campsite) where you will spend your night and have a dinner.

Day 3: morning game drive, transfer back to Seronera airstrip to catch your next flight

This will be the final day of your exploration of the renowned Serengeti national park. The day will start with a morning game drive. After the drive, you will travel to seronera airstrip to catch your next flight to your next destination in Tanzania and that will be the end of this great adventure.
