This safari experience will take to 2 prime destination of Africa in Tanzania and Kenya where you will visit the endless plain of Serengeti national park with a focus at the southern Serengeti (Ndutu area). Between January and march, southern Serengeti is the home to the newborn wildebeest and zebras. during this time, the region is characterized with several big cats and the chances of encountering predator-prey interaction is very high as the cats takes the advantage Vulnerable newborn herbivores.
Furthermore, you will visit the northern part of the Masai mara national reserve in Kenya which is also known for its high concentration of big cats and beautiful landscape that you will witness during your stay in this magnificent national reserve which is also a UNESCO World heritage due to its uniqueness.
Due to the distance that must be covered, you will include 2 flights, one from Seronera to Nairobi’s wilson airport via Arusha airport. another flight will be from Samburu national park to the Northern Masai Mara national park.
during experience, you will also visit the biggest caldera in the world in Ngorongoro conservation area, known to be the home to all the big five of Africa including the rare black rhinos which call the conservancy their home.

Day 1: Arrival: Arusha (12:30 am) Transfer to Ngorongoro
Day 2: Ngorongoro: Game drive full day. We would leave the crater just to arrive to Serengeti (ndutu) in the evening
Day 3 – Day 6: february: Serengeti full day game drive
Day 7: Serengeti: morning drive, transfer Seronera Airport. Flight to Nairobi (Wilson)
Day 8: Nairobi – Samburu: Evening game drive on arrival
Day 9: Samburu: Full day game drive
Day 10: Samburu: Full day game drive
Day 11: Samburu – Mara (north conservancy)
Day 12 – Day 15: Mara (north conservancy) full day game drive
Day 16: transfer to Nairobi (flight 17:30 pm)
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival: Arusha (12:30 am) Transfer to Ngorongoro
on your arrival at Arusha airport, you will be meant by your safari guide who will welcome you to Tanzania, brief you about your trip details before being transferred to you lodge for relaxation and refreshment.

Day 2: Ngorongoro: Game drive full day. Transfer to Serengeti (ndutu) in the evening
early in the morning, you will transfer to Ngorongoro crater for game viewing within the biggest caldera all over the world. The crater is a home to all the big five of Africa. The Ngorongoro crater is the only place in the world that will offer you a chance to encounter all the big five of Africa within less than a day. after Ngorongoro, you will transfer to the southern part of Serengeti for an overnight stay.

Day 3 – Day 6: Serengeti full day game drive
Spend four days exploring the newborn wildebeest and Zebras as they traverse the magnificent Serengeti national park. Your safari will extend further to the central Serengeti in seronera area which is known for its high concentration of big cats. the are is also a home to the resident wildebeest that call this area their home and make it suitable for the year round visit.

Day 7: Serengeti: morning drive, transfer Seronera Airport. Flight to Nairobi (Wilson)
After your breakfast, you will head for a morning game drive for a chance to encounter the early raisers within central Serengeti. Then, head to Seronera airstrip for your flight to Nairobi. The flight will pass via Arusha airport as it is a connecting flight due to lack of the direct flight from Kogatende to Nairobi.

Day 8: Nairobi – Samburu: Evening game drive on arriva
Pick up in Nairobi and drive to Samburu National Park. Arrive in time for lunch and afternoon game drives.
Dinner and Overnight at Ashnil Samburu
Day 9: Samburu: Full day game drive
Morning and afternoon game drive or a full day game drive with packed lunch.
Overnight at Ashnil Samburu on full board.
Day 10: Samburu: Full day game drive
Morning and afternoon game drive or a full day game drive with packed lunch.
Overnight at Ashnil Samburu on full board.
Day 11: Transfer to Lake nakuru national park
Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. enjoy this scenic drive
Overnight at Sarova Lion Hill on full board.
Day 12: Lake Nakuru – Mara (north conservancy)
Drive to Norther side of Maasai Mara National Reserve.
Overnight at Royal Mara Lodge on full board.
Day 13 – Day 16: Mara (north conservancy) full day game drive
Morning and afternoon game drive or a full day game drive with packed lunch.
Overnight at Royal Mara Lodge on full board.
Day 17: transfer to Nairobi
After breakfast, you’ll drive back to Nairobi and be dropped at your place of interest.
