If I am forced to choose- Tanzania is my favorite East African road trip destination. The landscape if incredible and varied, the wildlife is ICONIC, the food if far superior to its neighbors, the roads are excellent, and the campsites are purely wild.

Tanzania is the only country on African continent that offer you a chance to visit and hunt with the indigenous tribe, camp with the baobab, climb the tallest mountain Africa, see cheetahs on Serengeti, and spot the rare tree climbing lions at Lake Manyara. All that on your two-week Tanzania self drive adventure.

Let us look at how best you can spend your two weeks in Tanzania on your road trip adventure.
