14-Day Luxury Tanzania Safari – Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar
This 14-day adventure takes you to Tanzania’s finest destinations, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Zanzibar. Starting in Arusha, you explore richer biodiversity in the Serengeti – the home of the Great Migration, Big Five, and the largest lion population. Then, you leave Serengeti for the Ngorongoro Conservation Area, which also has one of the wonderful features – the Ngorongoro Crater. After seeing wildlife, it’s time for Zanzibar – a wonderful archipelago off the Tanzanian Indian Ocean coast. Here, you’ll relax, sail, and do much more before your trip ends.
This itinerary is more rewarding during the dry season, from June to October. Wildlife viewing reaches its pinnacle during this season. The Serengeti migration, for example, is on the southern banks of the Mara River. So, you can witness the river crossing. With the short grass and animals going around a few water sources, it’s easier to view wildlife. Additionally, you can experience the exquisite beaches with no weather interruptions.
