Day 1: Arrival and transfer to Arusha
On your arrival you will be meant by your driver at Kilimanjaro international airport who will transfer you to the lodge of your choice in arusha where you will relax from before your dinner and sleep over later

Day 2: flight from Arusha to Serengeti national park
After your morning breakfast, you will catch you flight to Kogatende airstrip where your driver guide will be waiting for you from to pick you up and start your safari through the northern part of the park with the chance to see the mara river crossing of the wildebeests which has made this park famous over the years

Day 3: Full day in Northern Serengeti national park
After breakfast, you will head out for the game viewing with the great migration mara river crossing of wildebeest on offer in the period between august and October in Kogatende area. The wildebeest do not follow a particular partner while crossing the river as they tend to move back and forth during the crossing experience of crocodile infected river mara.

Day 4: Full day in northern/ central Serengeti national park
After the breakfast at the camp, you will drive towards the central/ eastern Serengeti. These areas will offer different experience from that of northern Serengeti with huge concentration of big cats like lions, leopards, chetahs among other all residing in this area of the park. You will also be able to encounter several herbivores, antelopes and different bird species that call this park their home. You will enjoy the game drive until late in the evening when you will transfer to you lodge for dinner and an overnight stay

Day 5: Transfer to Ngorongoro conservation area, game drive at the crater
You will start the day with the drive to the Ngorongoro conservation area where you will arrive in time to descend to the crater. Crater is famously known for its unique landscape and the variety of wildlife that call the biggest unbroken caldera in the world there home. While in crater, you will be able to encounter all the big five of Africa- lion, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and cape buffalo. You will also see the resident wildebeest that unlike their cousins- the migrant wildebeest of Serengeti thess ones can be encountered all year round within the crater. Later in the evening, you will transfer to your lodge for the dinner and overnight stay.

Day 6: transfer to Tarangire national park and full day game drive
Mostly known for its migratory elephants, Baobab trees and the birding safari, today, you will transfer to Tarangire national park which is located slightly of the road with a game drive through quiet but unique landscape on your mind. You will enjoy a full day game drive in Tarangire before returning to your lodge for the night stay

Day 7: Morning game drive and transfer to Arusha
You will start the day with the morning game drive with the aim of encountering the early grazers. During this time of the day, it is highly likely that you will have a chance to encounter the predator prey interaction as the giant predators might be using the morning to feast on their prey. In afternoon, transfer to Arusha town where you will check in to your lodge for the dinner and an overnight stay

Day 8: flight to Kigali international airport
After the breakfast, you will transfer to Kilimanjaro international airport to check in and later catch your flight to Kigali international airport of Rwanda. Here you will meet and greet your driver guide who will be waiting to transfer you to your lodge.
You might be wondering why Rwanda when you are trekking in Uganda. We recommend flying in to Rwanda due to the shorter distance from Kigali to Bwindi national park of Uganda when compared to the distance from Entebbe airport of Uganda.

Day 9: Transfer to Bwindi impenetrable national park
Today you will be picked from your hotel by your driver and transfer Kisoro district of Uganda via Chanika border. Kisoro is where Bwindi national park, the home to over 50 percent of the total mountain gorilla population is found. The journey to Kisoro is scenic drive with a lot of hills and greenery along the way. On arrive to Kisoro, you will transfer to your lodge for relaxation and refreshment.

Day 10: Gorilla trekking and Batwa cultural experience
After your breakfast, you will transfer very early in the morning to the park headquarter where you will be welcomed by the park guide and rangers before briefing you about the gorilla trekking exercise. After the briefing, you will be divided into groups of 8 and head to the forest to start the search for these gentle giants in the leadership of your guide. Once you encounter the gorillas, you will be allocated on hour to spend with these great apes while observing their social behaviours. Once the hour is over, you will return to the park headquarter where your guide will be waiting you from and head to your lodge for lunch and relaxation. In evening, you will do a cultural visit to Batwa tribe where you will witness their performances and get to know more about how they live their lives. Return to your lodge for the dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 11: transfer to Kigali airport
